We prepare these traditional foods for local weddings and cultural events near the city of Ouarzazate. You can also purchase the ingredients for our couscous, porridge, and soup by calling us at the number at the bottom of the page. All foods are made with local barley, durum wheat, corn, sorghum, or millets.
